Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Icemoon, the iOS automation platform operated by Icemoon (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the software you agree to them.

1. The service

Icemoon provides desktop software that automates physical iOS devices you own or are authorized to control, together with an account dashboard for licensing, billing, and support. You are responsible for how you use the automation you build.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.

3. Licenses and activation

A paid subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run Icemoon on the number of devices included in your plan. Each activation code is unique to your account, cryptographically signed, and binds to a device on first launch. You may not share, resell, or sublicense your code or build. We may revoke a license for breach of these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Icemoon to violate the terms of any third-party service, to access accounts or data you are not authorized to use, to send spam, or to break any applicable law. You are solely responsible for compliance with the rules of any platform you automate. We do not endorse and are not responsible for automation that violates third-party terms.

5. Payment and billing

Plans are paid in advance for each monthly or yearly cycle in cryptocurrency (USDT on the Tron/TRC-20 network), either by sending USDT directly or by purchasing it with a card through our third-party on-ramp partner, Simplex. There is no card stored on file and no automatic recurring charge: access is granted for the cycle you pay for and does not renew on its own. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain — see our Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation

Because nothing auto-renews, you "cancel" simply by not paying for a further cycle. Access continues until the end of the cycle you have already paid for; we do not provide prorated refunds except as stated in the Refund Policy. Your saved automations remain exportable while your account is active.

7. Intellectual property

Icemoon and its software, branding, and content are our property and protected by law. These terms grant you a license to use the service, not ownership of it. Automations you build are yours.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that automation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or undetectable by any third-party service. You use it at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including account bans imposed by third-party services.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
